Join us each weekday morning from 6am–7am for a live guided meditation designed to ground the body, steady the breath, and centre the mind in the Divine.

 

These sessions may include body scan, physiological sigh, diaphragmatic breathing, Oan sound meditation, contemplation of timeless wisdom, mantra chanting, and silence — creating a balanced and nourishing start to your day.
