SUMMARY:Mens Wellbeing Hike
DESCRIPTION:Join us as we trade the city streets for the rolling hills of England. It’s more than just a hike; it’s about connecting with the Sangat\, conquering the trails\, and coming together as one. \nThis will be a challenging hike along the Dragon’s back ridge in Peak District. \nGet in touch if you are interested in catching a lift as some of us will be meeting at 8am in the morning at Singh Sabha Gurdwara\, Somerset Road\, Birmingham\, B20 2JB and heading out from there. Alternatively meet us 10am at the hike location. \nThe hike will last approximately 3-4 hours and we recommend you bring:\n– Waterproof jacket\n– ⁠Lunch\n– ⁠Hiking boots/trainers (expect it to be muddy)\n– ⁠2L Water\n– ⁠Snacks \nSee you there!
